We want you to love your handcrafted 3D printed items from Wood & Crate. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Terms of Return

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
     
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
     
  • Free from damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing
     
  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)
     

We cannot accept returns on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Reason for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective item
     
  • Incorrect item received
     
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the item
     

Please note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at [support@woodandcrate.com] with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. Include photos if the item was damaged or incorrect.
     
  3. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
     

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
     

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when initiating your return, and we'll be happy to help if the item is in stock.
